54, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012. Survived by children Amanda Leonard and Eric Duffey, both of Lowell, mother Janet Bednarz, siblings Anita Kennelly of OR, Frank Bednarz of Crown Point, several nieces, nephews and the father of her children, Banks Duffey of Schererville. She was preceded in death by her father Frank Bednarz, Sr. brother Brian Bednarz, and Aunt and Uncle Marie and Earl Donahue. Christine was a member of Calumet Ridge Moose Lodge in Schererville and worked in the cafeteria at Tri Creek School Corporation. Cremation will precede Visitation, Saturday, August 11th from 2-6 at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave. in Lowell.
