Harold "Bud" Whaley, Jr.
83, of Lowell, IN, passed away after a short illness, Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Survived by son Steve, step sons Robert, Gary and John Hornickel, 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, sister Margaret Adams and twin brothers Calvin and Alvin. He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie and parents Harold, Sr. and Benita. Harold was a Brook High School Graduate, where he played basketball and golf, served in the Navy 4yrs. and a retired Foreman with Ford Stamping Plant after 30yrs. He was born in Chicago, enjoyed fishing, taking a yearly family trip to MN and keeping a garden in Brook that included a large strawberry patch. Visitation will be Thursday, June 21st, 4-8 with Funeral Services, Friday 11AM all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E Commercial Ave. in Lowell.
