Betty J. Beier
85, of Schneider, IN, passed away on July 24, 2012. Survived by children, Neal (Terri) and Gary, both of Schneider, Mark of Demotte, David (Amy) of Valparaiso, Carol (James) Belshaw and Peggy (Jim) Crocker, both of Lowell, Crista (Kenny) Stavros and Lori (Kurt) Beier-Wlasak, both of Schneider; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Dean; son, William. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8 p.m., followed by Funeral Services on Saturday at 11 a.m., all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell, IN. Pastor Jeff Deardorff officiating and burial following at Sanders Cemetery in Lowell. She was lovingly known as Grandma Betty in the town of Schneider where she previously worked at Schneider Branch Library and the Senior Center. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Schneider Branch Library.
